Shearing Machine

The Muensinger shearing machine allows the Mtuft product developer to produce cut pile product emulating real broadloom sheared product. High loop shear and other tip shear effects can also be reproduced.

Sample Backing Press

The all new Modra Sample Backing Press is used to provide a hot melt backing to samples produced on the Kibby and the Mtuft Machines. This gives a fast, clean method of finishing samples of any size up to 500mm x 500mm.

Hot melt material is available from Modra in various sizes and types.
