Servo Controlled Pile Height
The Mtuft Universal Tufting Machine is capable of producing sophisticated pile height effects. Stitch rate and needle gauge are totally controlled by software.
Cut and Loop
The Mtuft can produce cut/loop and cut/multi pile loop in single or multiple colours. Standard needles, loopers hooks and knives are used for ease of maintenance and durability.
Multiple Colour Servo Scroll
The Mtuft Universal Tufting Machine is capable of producing servo scroll carpet with servo control of pile height and up to eight colours. Only a single package of each colour yarn required.
Single and Double Sliding Needle Bar
The Mtuft Universal Tufting Machine is designed to allow single, double or unequal sliding needlebar action in combination with up to eight colours and variable pile height.
